Hyundai parts Auto Parts was first established as hyundai parts Autosports by a lifelong car enthusiast in 2010. Back then we specialized in everything to do with one of the greatest sports cars of all time, the Hyundai Miata. We sold used and new parts, we also maintained and modified them for local customers. Over the years we narrowed down our focus specifically on the online used parts market after seeing how the industry was falling behind in some key areas. We focused on customer service, detailed pictures and descriptions, fast and secure shipping options, and cleanliness of our parts. In 2014, after gaining some traction with our new business model we starting adding some other lines of sports/ specialty cars to our inventory, making sure we take our time with them to learn them inside and out. From there we have continued perfecting our processes to ensure that you, the customer, receives the absolute best used parts buying experience on the market. Delivery & Returns

Warranty & Returns While we make every effort possible to thoroughly test and inspect parts before posting them for sale, there still may be the occasional issue with an item. If you have questions or concerns regarding an item and need assistance, please contact us. If your item has arrived damaged, you are having a shipping issue, or if this is related to any item that was shipped via Freight, please refer to our shipping page. For all returns or warranty claims, please read our warranty and return policy below, and submit a request form at the bottom of the page. Warranty Most items on our site include a 60 day warranty that begins on the date that the item is received by the buyer. This warranty ensures that the item will function as intended from from factory during the warranty period, with the exception of any defects or issues with an item as stated in the ad before purchasing. Certain items such as electrical components, engines, hydraulics, etc, will have a different warranty policy or do not carry a warranty. Any warranty limitations or time frames specified in a listing, different than what is stated here, will override the warranty on this page. Drivetrain components will be void of warranty if installed on vehicles with aftermarket tuning or significant power upgrades, such as turbochargers, superchargers, etc. For any warranty claim, it is at our discretion to supply a replacement item of similar or better condition, or a refund if a replacement cannot be supplied. Please contact us immediately if you are having an issue with an item that is under warranty. Attempting to repair or make modifications to an item will void any warranty. No labor, diagnostic or towing costs will be covered under warranty. This warranty is non-transferrable. It is only applicable to the original purchaser. Returns All returns that are not due to shipping damage or an issue with the item, such as no longer needing the item or being purchased by mistake, will have a 14 day return window from the day that the item is received. These types of returns will be issued a refund minus a 15% percent restocking fee. This restocking fee covers our costs for the initial shipping and materials, retesting, relisting and inventorying the item again. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to us at their expense, as well as any shipping issues that may occur such as a lost item or it being damaged in shipping (please insure the return shipment). Once the return request is accepted, there will be a 14 day window to ship the item back to us. We will only accept a return when we have received the item in the exact condition as when it was purchased. We have full discretion to deny any returns that do not meet this requirement.
Shipping Policy The majority of our items will be shipped for free through Fedex Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Small items ship for free through USPS to the US and its territories, while medium to large items will have a shipping fee for locations outside of the continental US. The service used will be dependent on the size and weight of the item, and the location of the buyer. Occasionally items will have a fixed shipping cost, in which case, these items will ship through Fedex ground, unless they are a freight shipment, which will be specified in the ad. All items will ship out within one business day from the time that payment order is placed. All orders will receive a tracking number once shipped, through email, as well as in the order details page on your account. Orders of $499 and above will automatically have signature service applied. If you specifically need signature service added or removed, please contact us before purchasing. Shipping Damage (USPS and Fedex Ground) While we make every effort to package every item as safely as possible, occasionally a package may still get lost or damaged by the shipping company. If an item is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking to receive an update on your item. If any issues with finding your package still persist, please contact us so that we may assist in the situation. For any packages that arrive damaged, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery, or shipping damage claims may not be valid. For all damaged packages, we will need to file a claim with the corresponding shipping company. For a shipping damage claim to be processed and a refund delivered, we will need cooperation from the customer in supplying a detailed damage description and photos, or the shipping claim may be delayed or denied by the carrier. We ask that in the case of a damaged item, please do not discard any of the package contents including the packaging material, until we have finalized the claim, since photos of the package content will be needed.
